1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of Flosy ADS (ads.flosy.ai) by businesses and self-employed persons.

2. Service

Flosy ADS helps you create, manage and analyse Meta ads. Ads only go live after your approval. You pay your ad budget directly to Meta.

3. Trial, plans and prices

You start with a 14-day trial. After that, the price of your chosen plan applies (Starter, Pro, Business), gross per month.

4. Term and cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled monthly.

5. No guarantee of results

We optimise for your ROAS but do not guarantee any specific advertising result, revenue or ROAS.
